At Findway Canada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn condition.

  Ship the Items

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location across Canada.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
